Return and Refund Policy

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU). You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

How to cancel. Email contact@nuramovement.com with your order number and a clear statement that you're cancelling. You can do this before your order ships too - including during the production period - and we'll refund you in full.

Returning the item. After telling us you're cancelling, send the item back within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item back, or of proof you've sent it. Refund goes to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the item is received. We may reduce the refund if the item shows handling beyond what's needed to check it.

Preorders. Because preorder items are made after you order, you can cancel any time before shipment for a full refund. After delivery, the standard 14-day right above applies.

Faulty or wrong items. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us - you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, on top of the rights above.

What's not covered. The 14-day right doesn't apply to items made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom measurements). Standard sizes are fully covered.
