Terms of Service

1. Who we are. Nura is operated by Anna Titova, Avenida Dom Carlos I 42, 1200-649 Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: contact@nuramovement.com.

2. Orders and preorders. Most items are made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item can't be produced), in which case you're refunded in full.

3. Prices. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout, including for preorders. Preorder payment reserves your item and funds its production.

5. Production and delivery times. Made-to-order items ship in approximately 4-6 weeks from order. See the Shipping Policy. By ordering a preorder item you agree to this timeframe.

6. Your right to cancel. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Product accuracy. We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary. Minor variation is normal, especially for small-batch production.

8. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.
