Shipping Policy

Made to order. Most pieces are produced after you order, in Portugal, in small batches. We don't hold large stock, which is how we avoid overproduction.

Processing and delivery time. Items are made to order and ship in approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of order. If anything will take longer, we'll email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship. Portugal, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Shipping cost. Free shipping to Portugal, the EU, and the UK. A flat rate of €18 applies to orders shipped to the United States.

Carrier and tracking. Orders ship with a tracked service. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.

Import duties and taxes (orders outside the EU). For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices or shipping cost, and are the recipient's responsibility. Customers in the United States: as of August 2025 the US applies import duties to parcels of all values, so you may be asked to pay a fee on delivery before your order is released. Please check your country's current rules before ordering.

Delays. Once handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, contact contact@nuramovement.com and we'll help.
